You’ll need:

Boba pearls
Brown sugar
Milk of choice
Double shot of espresso
Ice

Instructions:

  1. Cook the boba: Boil your boba pearls for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover the pot, and let them steep for another 20. Then drain and transfer to cold water until you’re ready to use them.
