Can I use the Original Splashproof Lid with my Commuter Travel Mug?

No - the original splashproof lids are not compatible with Our Commuter Travel Mug. The Commuter Travel Mug is designed specifically to work with Commuter Screw on Lids only.

Which KeepCup Insulated Cold Cup should I choose?

Both are vacuum insulated, electropolished stainless steel with a central straw valve — no taint, cold to the last sip.

The Commuter Iced Coffee Cup has a screw-fit colored Tritan lid for a more secure, personal carry. The base is also compatible with the Commuter Travel Mug lid and Bottle lid — so one base covers every temperature.

The Thermal Cold Cup has a clear press-in lid. A simpler approach — and you can see exactly what's inside. Sometimes that's the whole point.

Is the KeepCup Commuter range modular?

Yes it is! The screw fit cup base has a number of accessories that fit interchangeably - straw lid, commuter lid and Bottle Lid making it a fantastic addition for travelling and roam around or magically pulling the perfect reusable cup or bottle straight from your bag.
The modularity of the range is a testament to great design and product quality.

Can I dishwasher the Commuter Travel Mug?

Whilst we recommend handwash to preserve the painted surface finish, if your dishwashing tablets or not abrasive, dishwashing is a great way to keep your Commuter Travel Mug in use.The one-part flip lid is easy to use and clean. We recommend removing the gasket from time to time for a thorough clean.

What’s the best travel mug material for hot and cold drinks?

Insulated stainless steel is best for keeping drinks hot or cold for hours. Glass offers a premium, barista-style experience, while plastic is light and practical for commuting. All KeepCup Travel Mugs are made with high-quality, reusable materials that perform beautifully on the move.

Why aren't KeepCup Commuter Travel Tumblers ceramic lined?

This is a quality issue. When the steel content is high enough, Stainless Steel is a food-safe material that can be used without a lining. We electropolish the surface of the 18/8 90% recycled stainless steel. It has is BPA/BPS free, has no taint to taste, so no ceramic lining is needed.
